We recently made application to the Court

here to reseal a Probate granted by the Supreme Court of the State of Victoria in its Probate Jurisdiction being under the impression at the time we made the application that Part VI of the Probates Ordinance, 1897, had been made to apply to such State but the Registrar now informs us that he cannot trace any notification in the Government Gazette to that effect so we should be glad if you would kindly inform us whether Part VI of the Probates Ordinance 1897 has ever been extended to the

Saate of Victoria.

If not, we should be obliged if you would lay the matter before His Excellency the Governor in Council with a view to his directing by order under Section 70 (1) of the Probates Ordinance,1897, that the provisions of Part VI of the

@rdinance should apply to such State.
